Beat M*ch*g*n

It's Beat M*ch*g*n week! If it's as cold in Columbus as it is here, I don't think I'd be jumping in Mirror Lake tonight.
(For those of you who don't know, the Thursday before The Game, students jump in Mirror Lake on campus, and smell bad for days...)

One day in an elementary school in Ann Arbor Michigan, a teacher asks her class if the Michigan Wolverines are their favorite football team. The whole class says yes except for Little Jimmy.
The teacher asks, “What’s your favorite football team Jimmy?”
Little Jimmy says, “The Ohio State Buckeyes.”
The teacher asks, “Well, why is that?”
Little Jimmy says, “Well, my dad is a Buckeye fan, my mom is a Buckeye fan, I guess that makes me a Buckeye fan.”
The teacher angered by his reply says, “If your dad was a moron and your mom was an idiot what would that make you?”
Little Jimmy says, “Well, I guess that would make me a Michigan fan.”

Blogging during the extra hour

Joe is sleeping, so I thought I would use my extra hour to catch up on our website I'm looking at the calendar back in September and we've had a nice fall.

Sept. 19-20 We went on our last camping trip to Nerstrand Big Woods which is Joe's new favorite state park. We had brats on the camp fire, took a hike to a tiny tiny waterfall, had pudgy pies on another camp fire and the hiked again the next morning before we left to Minneapolis to meet up with a group there that watches Ohio State games. We were surrounded by scarlet and gray so it was fun to cheer with others of the same "values."
